Description

Hard shell HOLSTER designed for the LUGER pistol.

The HOLSTER is in a (very) good condition and is BLACK color.

You find inside the upper flap a leather tube and flap for storage of the cleaning rod and some cotton wool. With the adoption of the RG34, the cleaning rod (and cotton wool) was no more necessary and the structures were even removed from those holsters.

On front flap, the makings are the maker’s name (Auwaerter & Bubeck in Stuttgart), the assembly date (1934) and an Inspection mark (Eagle/WaA101).

So this is a early Third Reich remilitarisation Luger HOLSTER.

This HOLSTER is detailed in the book about WW2 German MILITARY HOLSTERS on page 95.
