Hard shell HOLSTER designed for the LUGER pistol.
The HOLSTER is in a very good condition and is BLACK color.
Inside the upper flap, the leather tube and flap for storage of the cleaning rod and some cotton wool have been removed. With the adoption of the RG34, the cleaning rod (and cotton wool) was no more necessary.
On the back, the makings are the maker’s name (Auwaerter & Bubeck in Stuttgart), the assembly date (1934) and an Inspection mark (Eagle/WaA101).
This marking from this HOLSTER is detailed in the book about WW2 German MILITARY HOLSTERS on page 84.
