Description

Soft shell holster originaly designed for the Dutch FN BROWNING MOD 22.

It is made in brown leather (but previously darkened). The closure system is typical from Dutch FN 22 holsters.

The markings are placed inside the upper flap : red ink CM ( = Central Magazijn which means central shop), with the assembly date which is not well seen; the pistol serial number (60350) is inscribed on the inside flap.

This holster is detailed in the book WW2 German Military Holsters on page 337 (except the red marking which is the same but less visible).
